What is Smitvi AI?
Smitvi AI is a read-only portfolio analytics platform for Binance investors. It shows health scores, concentration risk, market context, alerts, and briefings in the investor portal. We never execute trades, move funds, or store withdrawal permissions.
Is this financial advice?
No. Scores, rebalance suggestions, whale alerts, and blog guides are for learning and self-review. You make all trading decisions on Binance yourself. Read our full disclaimer.
How do read-only API keys work?
In Binance API Management, create a key with read-only access — disable withdrawals, spot trading, and transfers. Paste the key in Smitvi to sync balances. Step-by-step instructions are in our Binance read-only API guide.
Revoke unused keys anytime. We recommend IP restrictions when Binance offers them for your region.
Which exchanges are supported?
Today Smitvi syncs Binance spot, Earn, and futures balances via read-only API. Other exchanges are not supported yet. Public intelligence pages (market health, Fear & Greed, briefings) work without connecting any exchange.
What is the portfolio health score?
A 0–100 educational score based on diversification, concentration, stablecoin buffer, yield efficiency, volatility exposure, and related factors. It helps you spot structural issues — not predict prices. Details in what is a portfolio health score?
What are Free, Pro, and Pro+?
Free includes health scores and limited holdings view. Pro ($9/mo) adds briefings, alerts, rebalance plans, and deeper risk tools. Pro+ ($19/mo) extends limits and premium intel. Compare on the plans page or read Smitvi Pro plans explained.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — new accounts can start a 7-day Pro trial from the subscription page. Sign in to start a trial. No credit card is required for the free tier.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Open Subscription in the portal to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. For billing issues email support@smitviai.com.
What do alerts actually do?
Alerts notify you when metrics cross thresholds — for example concentration above a band or a large whale transfer. They are review triggers, not buy/sell signals. See portfolio alerts without over-trading.
How is my data handled?
We store account email, synced balance snapshots, and usage needed to run analytics. API secrets are encrypted. We do not sell personal data. Full details in our Privacy Policy. For deletion requests contact privacy@smitviai.com.
Can Smitvi file my taxes?
No. Pro subscribers can export CSV summaries for personal record-keeping, but exports are not official tax documents. Consult a qualified professional. See exporting Binance records.
Is there a mobile app?
The investor portal is web-first and works on mobile browsers at smitviai.com/portal. Native app availability may vary by region — check the download page for the latest.
