How to use the daily market brief in a 5-minute routine

The daily brief is educational context — not a signal to buy or sell. Read it before you open Binance, not after you have already clicked a market order.

What the brief covers

Each edition summarizes overnight moves across BTC, ETH, and major alts, notes sector rotation, and ties headlines to the broader Crypto Market Health Score. Pro subscribers get the full text in the portal; everyone can preview the public brief page.

Five-minute morning checklist

  1. Read the headline regime — Healthy, Cautious, or Stressed sets tone for the day.
  2. Scan one sector move — Did L1s, DeFi, or memes lead? Note it; do not chase.
  3. Compare to your portfolio — If you hold heavy alt exposure and BTC is leading, that is context, not an order.
  4. Write one sentence — "Today I will / will not change allocation because…"
  5. Close the tab — Avoid refreshing every hour unless you run an active strategy.

Pair with portfolio health

Market context without personal data is incomplete. After the brief, open your dashboard and check whether concentration or stablecoin buffer flags need a scheduled review — not an impulsive trade.

When to skip the brief

On vacation, during planned DCA months, or when you have a written rebalance date, it is fine to batch-read weekly. The goal is informed calm, not constant monitoring.
